Returns
If you wish to return your products, please notify us within 14 days by replying to the confirmation email you received, stating that you wish to return your order. The email address is verkoop@scheurmeter.nl.
You have the right to return your order within 28 days of receipt without giving a reason. You will then be credited with the full amount paid for the order, including delivery charges, provided you return all items. If you do not return all items, you will only be credited for the items that have been returned.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item from your address to the online shop. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, using a tracked delivery service. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
– which have been produced by the trader in accordance with the customer’s specifications;
– the product has been used.
