Delivery
All our orders are dispatched via TNT Post, either as a letter, a letterbox parcel or a standard parcel. If your order is a letterbox parcel or a standard parcel, you will receive a Track & Trace email. If the Track & Trace information is incorrect on the day of delivery, please get in touch with us.Payment
You can pay directly online via iDeal or other payment methods. Orders are subject to payment and our terms and conditions. The prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. For businesses: if the invoice is returned due to missing details that you are required to provide, the invoice amount will be increased by at least €25.00.Exchanges and returns
If you wish to return your products, please notify us within 14 days by replying to the confirmation email you received, stating that you wish to return your order. The email address is info@bavib.nl.
You have the right to return your order within 28 days of receipt without giving a reason. You will then be credited with the full amount paid for the order, including delivery costs, provided you return all items. If you do not return all items, you will only be credited for the items returned.
The costs of returning the goods from your address to the online shop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, using a tracked delivery service. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days, provided the product has already been received in good order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
– those produced by the trader in accordance with the customer’s specifications;
– products that have been used.

Warranty
A product is faulty if, for example, it is incomplete, damaged, broken or cannot be used. The product is also faulty if it does not perform as promised.
