The crack width gauge is designed to allow a quick, handheld check of crack width to determine how wide a crack is. It features a scale ranging from 0.05 to 3.0 mm (with markings at 0.05 and 0.1 mm intervals) and extends up to 86 mm. Superficial scratches may appear on the crack width gauge as a result of the manufacturing process and normal use.
