The crack gauge consists of two parts – a transparent one with a cross and a white one with a measurement grid – which are screwed and/or glued over the crack. When applied, the crosshairs and grid align precisely with one another. Any movement of the crack can be observed on the crack gauge. A simple yet effective method.
